Just thought i'd say hi

Name's Rich, an I come to the wednesdays "Play the game" with my twin brother,
i always wear a plain white shirt, and look like bambi after about 5min's on the ice.


Just just after some tips on off ice training to help improve my puck handling/aim.

Hey, welcome to the forum...

On our website: www.cardiff-demons.com there are a few links to various websites, but i quite looking through videos on youtube. Be warned though, it tends to take over a lot of your time! :)

yea, my wife will hate this forum, as it is i'm an admin on a car forum my friend and I took over last year, and that takes/took up alot of my time, but i'm stepping back slighly from that, as i wanted to play ice hockey when i was younger, but due to my parents work hours i never had chance, so i'm quieting down with the car, and staying in instead of going poker on the weekends so my wife will let me out to play, lol.

Renault megene coupe,

on my third now, just used to the drive its a comfy car, just gotta get used to the numerous common faults, i'm know my way round them pretty well now tho.

Hello !

I didn't realise twins came to hockey - damn that'd be double points!!! ;)

Asking the coaches for feedback too will help wonders, as if they watch you they'll be able to see how you can improve. They're all very helpful as you probably know - not sure how long you've been coming, but if you don't know their names - just ask someone!

welcome mate ive been playing now for about 6 weeks and lovin it ,To be fair they all are great bunch of lads/ladys, All will help you with anything just ask around , see you next week.
