Hi guys, as many of you may already know but for the people that dont know, myself ,matt thomas, gaz and tyrone and alan have all either served or are still serving in the military. We all have either know a close friend either killed or wounded in action in overseas tours of duty. So i would like to do some thing for the charity help for heroes in order to try and help thoes in need of support. For anyone who does not know what this charity is about its basically for the treatment and help and support of wounded military personel, mainly because the british goverment does not care. It pays for new arms legs, swimming, and accomodation for people that need wheel chair access and also support for familys. It is a charity close to my heart as myself and matt thomas had a friend killed recently in afganistan. The web address for help for heroes is as follows:
Please look at the website it has many gifts, cards and things for the house and all procedes go to the military personal in need.
Anyway i was looking for ideas for things to do like for example doing a walk in full hockey kit from north cardiff to cardiff bay and finnishing in a pub for a few drinks, i can obtain banners collection tins ect and also Matt thomas is going to try and get some soldiers and support from the royal welsh regiment. so if you have any ideas or comment please let me know its open to anyone and everyone , i will also talk to brent pope for maybe some help too and also getting other teams from cardiff envolved. Think the look of 40 hockey plays in kit walking through the town centre would bring alot of attenton and money
please give ideas and support.

Sounds like a plan, I'll be up for this, Im not a Demon but I'll join in, even my son who is an under 10's junior Devils said he would love to do this and the wife and daughter dont mind doing the walk, they'll hold the tins, the wife said she'd get a couple of tshirts made up so everyone will know what and who we are collecting for. Let me know.
