Just an idea but i thought why not give an off ice training session a go. You can hire the cogan lesure hall (less than mile from rink) for like £3 each and then we could all do like circuit training.

See who is truely fit and if Jon and Dan are just fibbing about going to the gym all the time. Plus after watching the devils they go for it speed wise when they're on the ice, we get tired quickly so why not improve our stanima?

And its a great way to stay in shape.....

It's not just stamina, Ben... it's more about explosive burts of power too, one of the best exercises that you can do is squat (whilst leaning against a wall (i..e with your back to the wall)), hold for 45 secs and repeat. It's a killer if you're doing it correctly.

But yep, off ice training has been mentioned a few times. You'll probably need to eat something first though, I think that other skinny dude from the PTG sessions is catching you up fatness wise.

Oh dw i squat enough, on rowing team and thats all they friggin do, kills the hell out of us
