awsome job jon, shame some people missed it even though they had their name down! Reminder: if that was you, you are still liable for paying towards ice time!

Hi Guys and Girls, glad you enjoyed the session. I actually enjoyed planning it and seeing it through. As it was my first propper coaching session (hopefully not the last!) I would like some feedback, how people thought it went, if there was anything to do better ect. Its pretty difficult to plan a session that needs to fulfill the needs of a team with varying degrees of capability, so if there is any advice or pointers or if people just want to air an opinion feel free to PM me and I will try and take all your comments on board for next time.
Thanks for the comments I have recieved so far, its good to know that people benefited from the session.
Cheers all
Fourinch

Jon - for what it's worth mate, for a session without any goalies, even though you expected one to be there, i thought you did a sterling job on working of all aspects of our game, including our fitness )
I'd be happy to keep a similar format in the future, for those who weren't there, here are the timings!
15 mins free time/warm up 45mins drills 45mins second shift fitness ( i think we should do this wed and fri, and any other sessions we do) 30 mins drills 30 scrimmage
Mate, can only add to what Rob said, so difficult to do these things when you are without at least one goalie! That said I thought the session was run really well! Fitness drills were a complete shit but it's all part of the training we must be taking on board so not a complaint in any way!
For what it's worth, perhaps a couple of drills against the D-Men - a 3 on 2 for example - but again I thought it was a brilliant session with a few new drills to keep the interest levels high!
And yes, we should do the 45 second drill more, even though I thought I was going to pass out at the end of it!
